Your data

Each app stores its data separately from your other apps and from other accounts.

Backups​

Freepod has processes in place to protect the platform's data and its users' data. It does not restore individual apps on request, including apps that were deleted. Keep your own copies of data you cannot lose:

  • Use the app's own export or sync features. For example, a photo app's desktop or mobile client can keep a local copy. The product guides link to each app's documentation.
  • Download the app's stored files with SFTP, for apps that offer file access.

Storage​

Each app's plan includes an amount of storage. See Plans and billing.

Deleting​

Deleting an app permanently deletes its data. See Deleting an app.
